Happy Times in Henderson

Hope you all enjoyed General Conference. It was once again so inspiring and uplifting.
Gary and I left early Friday morning with Stacy and her children and David to go down to Hernderson to spend the weekend with Brad and Jenny. We stayed at a beautiful place in Las Vegas. (Jenny's family was staying at her place) The kids enjoyed swimming and watching the Disney Channel! Tim, Steve, Angie and Nathan left afterwork and got there late on Friday night. Saturday morning we all went to Brad's to watch conference and spend time with them.
Hannah is soooooo adorable. She has chubby cheeks and legs and a darling smile. Preston is still a very busy happy little guy. While the guys went to Priesthood meeting we went back to the condo so the kids could swim.
Sunday was so wonderful. Jenny fixed us breakfast and we watched the morning session of Conference then we got to witness our beautiful little Hannah get blessed. What a sweet experience it is to see one of your children pronounce such a wonderful blessing. We had a yummy lunch and then we went to Brad's White Coat Ceremony. The only bad thing was that it was held in a Casino on the strip. Quite a contrast from General Conference!! We are very Proud of Brad and the hard work it takes to get where he is. He looks so handsome in his white coat! ( I have had an awful cold and cough and got a coughing spell right as they were retiring the colors, very embarassing!) We had to leave right after the ceremony and pictures. It's always hard for me to say good bye to the kids and leave them in Henderson. We got home about 12:30am.
